Right of withdrawal

Status 01/2024

You can return your item within 14 days if it is unworn, has only been tried on and is in its original packaging.

If you would like to return your product within 14 days of receipt, please state the reason for return in writing.

EXCHANGE

If the return is an exchange, the return shipping costs will be covered by us within Germany. Please then request a return label by email (info@hallufix.de).
Customers outside of Germany must pay the return shipping costs themselves.

If the reason for return is an incorrect size ordered, we accept the return freight collect (within Germany), please contact us for this. We will gladly send you a shipping voucher for this.

Otherwise, the return will be at your expense.

Refund of the purchase price / exchange for another size

The refund of the purchase price of the returned goods will be made within a few days after receipt and inspection of the product.
In the case of an exchange, you will also receive the desired new item within a few days.

Discounts depending on purchase price

Discounts granted on the basis of various purchase price scales will be offset and, if applicable, retained when the purchase price is credited on a pro rata basis.
